Our Journey: The Story of Legacy Church

Legacy Church, originally founded as Kingdom Life New Covenant Ministries was established in 2013 by Bishop and First Lady Kaci Davis. As the church delved deeper into Apostolic teachings, gradually uncovering profound ancient truths within this doctrinal framework. Ancient apostolic exploration ultimately led to the evolution of the church into Kingdom Tabernacle Church. This shift marked a pivotal moment in the congregation’s understanding as the path led to and concluded upon the ancient faith and its timeless sacramental principles and practices.

Under Bishop and First Lady Kaci Davis’s leadership, KTC experienced significant growth, glory, and a full expression of sacramental, charismatic, and evangelical ministry. Over time, as God continued to reveal insights to Bishop Davis, a pivotal moment occurred where the amalgamation of the apostolic faith discovered at KLNC and the ancient Faith revealed at KTC led to Gods final move upon Bishop Davis ministry causing a transformative shift. God spoke to Bishop saying that the point of the journey concerning the apostolic and the ancient faith was to build and leave a Legacy.

As a result, the culmination of the apostolic and ancient faith evolved into Legacy Church. Legacy Church is centered on three core pillars: worship of God, service to humanity, and the making and nurturing of disciples. The church is dedicated to upholding the apostolic orthodox teachings of the faith in their original form as imparted to the saints.

Emphasizing apostolic continuity, Legacy Church considers it essential for their worship practices and daily conduct to reflect the traditions and teachings passed down from the Holy apostles directly from Jesus Christ himself. A fundamental aspect of Legacy Church’s ethos lies in valuing familial relationships within its congregation. The Word of God holds paramount importance within the church community, serving not only as the primary source of spiritual guidance encompassing all elements necessary for salvation and righteous living but also as the cohesive force that unites members together as a spiritual family.

Our Vision

Our vision is simple. To worship God, service the community, and make disciples.

We aim to worship God by Participating in the life of the church and in the beauty of holiness by sacrament, liturgy, fasting, and prayers.

We aim to serve the community through missions, resources, education and places of ministry within the church for the ultimate goal of winning the lost to Christ.

By making disciples we provide clear biblical apostolic teaching design to give individual opportunity to learn, grow, and demonstrate the gospel in their lives.

What We Believe

In our faith, we hold steadfast to the teachings passed down from the Apostles, rooted in the doctrine they received directly from Jesus Christ Himself. This apostolic orthodoxy serves as the bedrock of our beliefs and practices, anchoring us firmly in the tradition established by our predecessors.

Scripture affirms the importance of remaining true to the apostolic doctrine, a principle we embrace wholeheartedly. Just as believers of old remained steadfast in these teachings, we too recognize the necessity of adhering to the wisdom imparted by those closest to the Lord.

Furthermore, we cherish the concept of fellowship, understanding the vital role it plays in our spiritual journey. As a community of believers, we come together to support and strengthen one another, fostering bonds that uplift and inspire.

Central to our faith is a profound commitment to the sacraments, recognizing them as sacred conduits through which we experience the grace and presence of God. Moreover, we are devoted to living lives of holiness, striving earnestly to align our thoughts, words, and actions with the will of the Lord.

Through the diligent practice of sacraments and the pursuit of holiness, we endeavor to deepen our relationship with God, seeking His guidance and grace every step of the way. In all that we do, our ultimate aim is to honor Him and to bear witness to His love and mercy in the world.
